The option to submit to the lab is primarily to report as a False Positive, which would be a detection of a legitimate file as malware (Crying wolf). The file in your screenshot looks to be an iOS application, so not likely malware and you can submit it to the lab for further analysis if you like.

Please be informed that AVG does have option call potentially unwanted application "PUAs", you can turn on this option and AVG will also detect the files which Malwarebytes does (Please open AVG Free Antiviurs/AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > general > check the box call PUAs). Usually they got in the vault as Evo-gen but then i scanned inside the vault, found no threats. It can be returned after.

  5. We have been developing this app since March 2021. Recently, we update our app in Play Store and App Store. After that, some of our users reported us that our app detected as Malicious Apps. We tried to analyze this app using virustotal.com and detected as "Android:Evo-gen [Trj]" in Avast-mobile. It is false positive.
