   • Horrid. It is a walkway, mainly overgrown, some uneven paths, debris, nothing pleasant, just an A to B walkway. Obviously a gathering point for some unsavoury characters if the number of cider bottles dumped is anything to go by. We walked through it on our way back to Gateshead from the staiths.
