I often use "Pay Someone" within the CommBank app, from my personal account. I have a business account with Commbank and a personal one. It seems to always default to the business account. Reordering the accounts in the main account window seems to have no effect on the order of the accounts in the "Pay Someone" dialog box.

Logged into the CommBank app and tried to follow there instructions on how to update mobile number but it didn't work.

I have opened a Netbank CDIA account several months ago as part of opening a CommSec share trading account. I have done a few transfers to and from the CDIA using EFT with no problem. Today I downloaded and set up the CommBank app on my iPhone. This afternoon I did a BPAY from the NetBank website on my iMac desktop.
Recently we had to set up a new authorisation for my wife on a joint credit card. To do this she had to have netbank access. CBA said she couldn't do it from my already set up Netbank account (although it is a joint credit card). So we went through the rigmarole of getting her Netbank access. Part of the procedure is going to netbank.com.au.

They'll never ask you for your NetBank Password (Internet Banking), I honestly thought that’s what they’ve been asking for all along.
You can't transfer money from another financial institution directly into a Netbank 'Netsaver' account with CBA. Netbank only allows payments to your Complete Access account and then you can transfer funds 'internally' to your Netsaver to earn at least a pittance of interest.
For those who are with Commbank and have their phone number registered for NetCode, can you reveal if it's stored (via NetBank's Netcode settings) in the international format (+61 xxx xxx xxx) or the local format (04xx xxx xxx)? Thanks
