Aug 21, 2023 · Cinemas allow cancellation of tickets between 20 minutes to 4 hours prior to showtime. (Differing from cinema to cinema). When you select the 'Cancel booking' tab, you get to select between 'Refund to Original Payment Mode' and ' Refund to BMS Cash'.
