The Chaser is very good but would not be near the top of my list of Korean thrillers. I have only seen The Yellow Sea once and was pretty underwhelmed but have been meaning to give it another go. Except everything goes wrong and he ends up getting caught up in a gang war. It's one of the most intense movies ever and it has one of the most insane car chase sequences I've ever seen.
