Feb 20, 2024 · It's really a shame to see that more hasn't been done with Sway, particularly marketed to education. It also seems apparent that there is no longer any effort to support or promote it and, from what I'm reading, does appear that it is in the process of being phased out. It is perfect for education and sharing OER/creative commons materials.

Feb 19, 2022 · Replied on February 21, 2022. Report abuse. I found this via Google, from 2020 and it worked for me: Sway constantly requests refresh under edit - Microsoft Community. Just navigate to https://sway.com and login with whatever credentials you are using in the Sway app and you should be able to access your Sways. SW.

Sway accepts most image types and will work with any size you upload (under a certain size limit). When it comes time to serve the image to a viewer of your Sway, the image will be scaled to fit the layout that is tailored to the viewers device/window size. Hope this helps! Jason
