Square Enix, as far as I am aware, is the only major MMO and/or major company to not allow you to simply change your address, including country. I don't mind having to show a proof of address (like Blizzard has in the past) or whatever, but I should not need to open a bank account to pay for 1 subscription in a country I do not live in anymore.

lol. Login times out. I get a cloudflare page showing bad gateway at square-enix. Seems like you guys didn’t really load test this well. In this day, with Amazon and others scaling to millions of simultaneous users, not even being able to log in is kinda poor.
May 1, 2024 · Miner Lv 80. Unable to use either of my credit cards on Mogstation/SE website (visa/mastercard) I am unable to use my Visa debit or my Mastercard debit on the mogstation. It says "This card is unavailable". I am in the USA. I am currently unable to extend my subscription or buy Crysta, or optional items from the store.
