Apr 9, 2023 · Here is when the problem starts. It will only work with one external monitor. Without the HDMI cable connected to the laptop, the monitor with the VGA connection works. Once the HDMI cable from the second monitor is connected to the laptop simultaneously, the first monitor with VGA connection will go black with "D-SUB NO SIGNAL".
