Jan 13, 2024 · Well it does sound like you have been hacked. What email provider are you using for your epic account is it a Microsoft email. You can try to recover it but from what I've seen here when the account has been changed to rambler.ru the account is lost. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support. RP.
Mar 13, 2023 · Seems like Microsoft and their account recovery process has multiple flaws. 1) account recovery doesn't get you back access to your account. It's a lie. If the hacker (and of course they would) has changed your email and removed the existing security info you're not able to get that changed back.
