Foody also has a bit speaking role in "The Blues Brothers" as a radio dispatcher during the chase sequence toward the end of the film. Was quite the pleasant surprise to see him in that. Coincidentally, it also takes place in Chicago.

Mar 20, 2021 · Here is the clip: Angels With Filthy Souls Restored Better version - YouTube. The character is played by Ralph Foody (1928-1999), who had been, as far as I can tell, a lifelong Chicago resident at the time of filming in 1990, and I assume he's Irish-American based on his surname.
