I am on Windows 10 with the latest updates, I have an Nvidia 1070 and I updated its drivers. The game crashes after 5/10 minutes since its launch. I couldn't go through the first cutscene because the game crashes after or during it.

I got help from EA staff yday. For pc go to Users>Name>Documents> NFSHeat>Savegame>Savegame and delete file. It worked for me when I wanted to reset my game. Reply. 15. + XP. #7.

Good news! I have finally found the main reason why NFS Heat crashes with a brief show of a blank screen at startup. You need to remove XBOX Game Bar from Windows. To do so, simply open Powershell and run the following line: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage.
