Dec 3, 2016 · Sudden moments of clarity. When I was severely depressed and suicidal, I had these random moments of clarity. They would be triggered by something simple, but they'd be powerful. For example, I often biked through long bike trails because I read somewhere that exercise would help make me feel better. Each time, I felt nothing.

It seems that when a patient desperately needs treatment and has been completely withdrawn due to their obsessions you can expect a drop in their insight and vice versa, after treatment their insight is higher or high. Nov 10, 2014 · Favorite is Warrior, least favorite is Moments of Clarity. I really like the EP. It's got a ton of atmosphere and groove in it. I'm not crazy about the really low chugging on the title track though. But that's really my only complaint. I think the instruments all sound right and sit right in the mix. I'd give it either a high 4/5 or a low 4.5/5.
