Aug 30, 2017 · 1) Get in car, won't start. Must do this first. 2) Get out. Lock door. (Just lock + unlock from the inside doesn't work) 3) Unlock door. 4) Get in and start. Works! If I don't do that exact procedure, the security system always locks out the start but doing the whole nonsense of in-out-lock-unlock-in-start makes it happy.

Using meat probe in a vent monitor temperature reading, until a temp between 39 and 44 degrees is displayed. Close brass shut off.

Similar thing reported with the Land Rover/Range Rover which uses similar parts - the float becomes porous and stops floating properly.
Mar 4, 2008 · yup, after sourcing all the right tools for locking off the cams , and the crank pulley remover along with the flywheel ( torque converter ) locking tool , and after buying all the right parts from my local Jag dealership including all new gaskets for the cam-cover ( outer seal, spark plug seals , bolt seals , variable cam sensor sealing ring etc etc ) i plucked up the courage to take the engine apart
