Harvard Summer School offers more than 400 courses for adult and college students, in more than 60 different subject areas. Our open-enrollment courses are offered in a variety of flexible formats, so you can find the option that works best with your busy schedule.

Harvard Summer School is the oldest academic summer program in the United States. Our global student body includes advanced high school students, Harvard undergraduate and graduate students, visiting college students from other universities, and adult lifelong learners.
Course registration for Summer 2024 is open. Current high school students: apply to our Secondary School Program or Pre-College Program. You must first be admitted to one of these programs before you may access the MyDCE student portal and register for courses.
