Jun 14, 2024 · The reason it’s setting your CPU usage to the max and having the SQLite file grow is because it is loading chunks it’s just doing it kind of stupidly and loading this ones that are super far out that you can’t even see So basically disable chunky and set distant horizons to load an area of probably 512 at most.

Mar 19, 2024 · In terms of shaders I'm not sure, I have a 2080 super and am running bliss fine with 90 fps at 1440p. Idk how dh performs ram wise, I have 32gb with 12gb allocated to mc. For optimization mods I would just use everything that comes in the iris + distant horizons installer that you can find on the iris discord. Reply.

Jun 16, 2024 · the default is 1 second but you can try higher if you don't notice the difference, I set mine as 5 seconds but 10 seconds is probably when the delay would be noticeable. Mar 12, 2024 · i got the the test version of iris and DH from their official discord but cant find the bliss shader compatible with those mods.
Distant Horizons working on ATM9. So I could never get it working previously and there were some know issues and compatibilities with certain mods and shaders. But I had another go last night and after updating to newer shaders and DH version, its now running wonderfully!
