5 hours ago · Was really looking forward to this this build - both pieces printed very smoothly & all supports came off easily. After I was done, I realized these 2 pieces do not directly connect together. You can bond the surfaces, but these are large pieces & will require more stability than that. I am going to try using 2 small plastic dowel rods reinforced with epoxy. Otherwise, this will need to be built at a much smaller scale. I have to give this a 3/5 until this is resolved.
