Par contre, j'ai vu des films ou « bon appétit » est définitivement dit d'une façon désinvolte ou avec l'idée que la personne va avoir un problème en mangeant (nourriture empoisonnée...) Dans un contexte informel (famille, collègues que l'on connait bien, amis), c'est une habitude.

Comme les autres réponses le mentionnent, je trouverais aussi bon appétit étrange pour des boissons. Je dirai éventuellement à votre santé! ou simplement santé! . Je trouve le bonne dégustation correct, mais cela ne s'applique à mon avis que dans le cas d'un verre de vin. À mon sens, on peut déguster un verre de vin mais pas un verre d'eau ou un soda.

On the other hand "Bonne soirée" is a little bit more involved and can be used as a goodbye wish when you leave. I have always felt that there is something unpleasant and intrusive in the "Bonne soirée" wish.
