He started his career as a TV actor and appeared in many TV serials like Sarhad, Lori, Gaoundi Dharti, Sirnaave, Man Jeetey Jag Jeet, Channo Chan Vargi and many more. He directed a play Naughty Baba in Town that was performed in both USA and Canada. He is well known for his comic acting in Punjabi movies.
