Beyond his professional accomplishments Mr. Bill was a talented artist, many Phi Taus have original Jenkins work hanging in their homes. Specializing in pen and ink cartoons, Jenkins' humor has been a consistent source of joy in Phi Kappa Tau. Mr. Bill's words are heard every national gathering as the author of the Candlelight Ceremony which he last delivered virtually in 2020.
