Jan 9, 2014 · My Blue Heaven is smartly written, directed, and acted (especially Dailey, who also shined brightly in Fox’s greatest B-musical, the Girl Next Door) and is just an all-around top shelf musical. I’m not sure how many more unseen musicals of this caliber there even are left for me, as I'm pretty deep into the crevices of this genre, so I doubly appreciate encountering it at this late juncture in my viewings!
