Kiyoshi Kobayashi (小林 清志, Kobayashi Kiyoshi, January 11, 1933 – July 30, 2022) was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Tokyo. He was attached to the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He was a graduate of the arts department of Nihon University.
Kiyoshi Kobayashi (小林 潔司, Kobayashi Kiyoshi) is the current (2018–19) president of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers, Director of the Management Research Center of the Graduate School of Management and Professor of Engineering, Infrastructure Economics and Management at the Department of Urban Management of Kyoto University.
Kiyoshi Kobayashi was born on 11 January 1933 in Nezu, Hongo [now Bunkyo], Tokyo, Japan. He was an actor, known for Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro (1979), Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001) and Lupin the 3rd: The Mystery of Mamo (1978). He died on 30 July 2022 in Tokyo, Japan.

Aug 8, 2022 · Voice actor Kiyoshi Kobayashi, best known for playing Lupin III sidekick Daisuke Jigen for decades, has died at the age of 89. The cause was pneumonia. Kobayashi, who got his start as an anime voice actor in the 1960s, had played Jigen, Lupin’s pistol-toting pal, since the very first Lupin pilot film in 1969.
