'Bemisal' is the story of noble orphan Sudhir, who sacrifices everything he has, from the love of his life to his profession and reputation, to save his foster family. When twin brothers Sudhir and Adhir get orphaned by their father's death, Magistrate Chaturvedi adopts them and brings them up like his own.
Sudhir (Amitabh Bachchan) is an orphan who resorts to petty thieving when he loses his family. A magistrate then adopts him and raises him alongside his own son, Prashant (Vinod Mehra). The boys grow up to become acclaimed doctors and fall in love with the same woman.
