Morne Morkel is one of those big, tall fast bowlers who can intimidate batsmen with pace and bounce. He is the younger brother of Albie Morkel, who has also played Tests and ODIs for South Africa. Morkel made his Test debut against India in 2006 at the Kingsmead in Durban and emerged as a frontline bowler for the Proteas in a short span of time.
