About The College Shyam Lal College was founded by Late Padma Shree Shyam Lal Gupta, Chairman, Shyam Lal Charitable Trust in the year 1964. The foundation stone of the College was laid by Late Dr. Zakir Hussain, the then Hon’ble Vice President of India and Chancellor of University of Delhi on May 24, 1964.
