Bob Kane (1915-1998) was an American cartoonist and one of the creators of Batman. Since his demise his contributions or lack thereof have been controversial. By all accounts, he is the sole creator of Two-Face / Harvey Kent. He went to DeWitt Clinton High School (the same school Bill Finger went to, but was a few years junior to him and didn't meet).
