Murasoli Maran (17 August 1934 – 23 November 2003) was an Indian politician and an important leader of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party which was headed by his maternal uncle and mentor, M. Karunanidhi.
One was her son who later came to be known as Murasoli Maran (1934), the other was her brother Dakshinamurthy, who later came to be known as M Karunanidhi (1924).
