(മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പൊതുജന പരാതി പരിഹാര സംവിധാനം) കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ഈ പരാതിപരിഹാര സംവിധാനം വഴി പരാതികള്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയെ അറിയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. പരാതികള്‍ അതിവേഗം പരിശോധിക്കാനും പരിഹരിക്കാനും സംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതാണ്. ഇവിടെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഓരോ പരാതിയും കൃത്യമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി കൈപ്പറ്റ് രസീത് നല്‍കുന്നു.
