Anirudh Ravichander (born 16 October 1990), also credited mononymously as Anirudh, is an Indian music composer and playback singer who works primarily in Tamil cinema. He has also composed music for Hindi and Telugu films.
Anirudh is the son of Tamil actor Ravi Raghavendra. He is the nephew of superstar Rajinikanth. He started composing music at the age of 10. He made his debut at the age of 21 in the Tamil film 3 as a music composer. He has been inspired by the music of A. R. Rahman.
