Iftekhar Ahmed Sharif (22 February 1920 – 4 March 1995), often mononymously credited as Iftekhar or Iftikhar, was an Indian actor who mainly worked in Hindi cinema. He is known for his film roles as a police officer.

Feb 22, 2023 · इफ्तेखार का जन्म 22 फरवरी 1924 को जालंधर में हुआ था। वो चार भाई और एक बहन में सबसे बड़े थे। मैट्रिक की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद उन्होंने लखनऊ कॉलेज ऑफ आर्ट्स से पेंटिंग में डिप्लोमा कोर्स किया। यानी इफ्तेखार एक्टर होने के साथ-साथ पेटिंग की कला में भी माहिर थ। क्या आप जानते हैं कि उन्हें गाने का शौक था और वो फेमस सिंगर कुंदनलाल सहगल से प्रभावित थे!
Iftekhar was born on 22 February 1920 in Jullundur, Punjab, British India. He was an actor, known for Don (1978), Sholay (1975) and Daag: A Poem of Love (1973). He was married to Hannah Joseph. He died on 4 March 1995 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
