Moses Sumney (born May 19, 1992) is an American singer-songwriter. His self-recorded EP, Mid-City Island, was released in 2014. He released another five-song EP in 2016, titled Lamentations. His first full-length album, Aromanticism, was released in September 2017.

Born in California and raised by pastor parents, Moses Sumney cut his teeth in the Los Angeles music scene, releasing his debut EP, Mid-City Island, in 2014.Known for his rich fusion of art pop, R&B, and folk, he put out another EP, Lamentations, in 2016 before issuing his first full-length album, Aromanticism, the following year.His second studio album, Græ, arrived in 2020.
