Patrick Loubert (born 1947 in Toronto, Ontario) is one of the founders of the Canadian animation studio, Nelvana Limited, along with Clive A. Smith and Michael Hirsh. He has produced, and executive-produced, much of the company's most memorable fare. Loubert and his colleagues won an Emmy Award in 1990 (in the category Outstanding Animated Program) for the children's television series Beetlejuice.

Nelvana (often called Nelvana Studios or simply Nelvana) is a Canadian animation studio and entertainment company owned by Corus Entertainment since 2000. Founded in July 1971, it was named by founders Michael Hirsh, Patrick Loubert and Clive A. Smith after a Canadian comic book superheroine created by Adrian Dingle in the 1940s.
