Feb 26, 2001 · Jaws: The Revenge was the third of the sequels to Steven Spielberg’s runaway sensation Jaws (1975). The other two sequels were Jaws 2 (1978) and Jaws 3-D (1983). This entry is directed by Joseph Sargent, a veteran director who had mostly worked in tv, including classic series such as Star Trek, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and The Invaders.
Fourth in the series of action adventures about a malevolent great white shark. After her younger son is killed in the water, the widow of the man who killed the first Amity great white shark begins to believe her entire family is targeted by a monster of the deep.

It's the Jaws Christmas film that sees a leading Jaws series character death, a brief return to Amity Island, a trip to the Bahamas, Michael Caine dancing and a fricking roaring great white shark. Jun 3, 2003 · Joe: JAWS 2 wasn't very good compared to the first. I liked JAWS 3 because it was in 3D, and had some fun scenes. JAWS IV: THE REVENGE made me sad in my feels. Talon: That's it. I'm done being abused by horrible movies. Every time I watch one, sharp pain develops behind my eyes. But now the agony strikes every time I think of JAWS 4.
