Michael Cristofer (born January 22, 1945) is an American playwright, filmmaker, and actor from Trenton, New Jersey. He plays Phillip Price, the CEO of E-Corp. Cristofer was born Michael Procaccino, the son of Mary (Muccioli) and Joseph Peter Procaccino. He started his theatrical career as an actor, primarily on stage.
