Visa Information The complete information about all types of stays (short term, long term visa, long term residence permit, permanent residence permit) for third country nationals can be obtained from the website of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic (www.mvcr.cz) or on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in Section "Entry and Residence".
According to the decision taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, effective since 18 April 2011 third countries where the Czech Republic has a number of representative bodies, applicants may apply for a visa only at the representative body within the consular district, in which they have been admitted for permanent or temporary residence.

The fees for different types of Czech Republic visas and ages are: The standard Czech Republic Schengen visa fee is €80. For children between 6-12 years old, the visa fee is €40. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the visa fee. Citizens of (Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia) have to pay €35.
The Embassy of Czech Republic in Kuwait reserves the right to invite the applicant to a personal interview. Incomplete, unclear or unsigned applications will not be accepted and the visa application can only be processed upon receipt of ALL documents required by the embassy .
The Embassy of Czech Republic shall revise the visa fee regularly in order to reflect the administrative costs. In individual cases, the amount of the visa fee to be charged may be waived or reduced when to do so serves to promote cultural or sporting interests as well as interests in the field of foreign policy, development policy and other areas of vital public interest or for humanitarian reasons.
