  6. Apparently the Producers went to a lot of trouble researching the story and trying to make the K-10 sub as accurate as possible. The trouble they invested into the details really pays off as you get that claustrophobic effect of living in a confining space. I watched both movies a night apart, watching K-19 first then Red October.
