Jan 18, 2019 · in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 tsp cumin. add in ½ onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well. additionally add 1 capsicum, ½ onion and saute for 2 minutes. saute until the onions shrink slightly. further, add 1 tomato and saute well. now add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and mix well.

The chana masala was good, just not as excellent as others Ive had. I felt full after my meal. Just happy to have options to eat that were specifically labelled vegan.
