Jan 6, 2004 · "Tokyo Eyes" is a quirky love story. Hinano Yoshikawa plays 17-year-old Hinano who lives with her police detective brother Roy played by Tetta Sugimoto. While the papers are full of the exploits of a criminal called "Four Eyes" because he wears thick glasses, Hinano becomes aware of this guy filming people on a subway and follows him.

It revolves around a man who shoots at people (without killing them) who the police are trying to track, but the young sister of a detective finds that he’s not the mad vigilante portrayed in the newspapers. Nevertheless, he still seemed pretty psychotic to me!
