Marlon Lamont Wayans (born July 23, 1972) is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer. He is best known for his work with his brother Shawn Wayans on The WB sitcom The Wayans Bros. (1995–1999), and in the comedy films Don't Be a Menace (1996), Scary Movie (2000), Scary Movie 2 (2001), White Chicks (2004), Little Man (2006), and Dance Flick (2009).

Nov 6, 2023 · Unlike most of the other members of the Wayans family, Howell and Elvira Wayans have no personal connection with Hollywood. Instead, Howell Wayans was the manager of a supermarket and Elvira Wayans was a social worker (via The U.S. Sun ). Sadly, both Howell and Elvira Wayans have passed away, with Elvira in 2020 and Howell in 2023.
“The Wayans Bros.” sitcom, which Shawn and Marlon created and starred in, was the first WB show to be sold into syndication after heading up the WB network lineup for five years. Shawn, along with his brothers and sisters, created “ Thugaboo ” and the subsequent “ The Boo Crew ” (directed by Shawn Wayans) animated specials for Nickelodeon, which began premiering in August 2006.
