1 day ago · The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified its decision to relax KYC (know-your customer) rules pertaining to directors of companies, enabling them to change basic details, such as their email IDs or mobile numbers, multiple times in a year. The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) (Amendment) Rules, 2024, will take effect from August 1, the ministry said in the notification.
