Dec 20, 2020 · All the Mad Max movies are great, but I still put Thunderdome at the bottom. It has great moments, but the worst pacing over the other movies, some of the weakest characters, flaws in the plot structure, and characters that feel “rehashed” (the pilot).
But now here is "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome,'' not only the best of the three Mad Max movies, but one of the best films of 1985.
